Looking for an engaging and enriching summer program for your child? Camp Academy 2025 at Early Childhood Academy in New Prague is now enrolling Kindergarten through 3rd Grade students!

Our exciting NEW Arly Enrichment Curriculum fosters personal growth, life skills, and social connections—all while having tons of summer fun!

Becca Najera, Director
New Prague Early Childhood Academy

Hi, I’m Becca Najera, the Director at Early Childhood Academy – New Prague! I’ve been part of this incredible center since 2019, and I absolutely love watching our teachers and children grow and learn every day.

I earned my Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities, and I’m passionate about helping children build confidence, curiosity, and a love for learning.

At home, I live in New Prague with my husband and our sweet dog, Stella. In my free time, I enjoy watching sports, reading, camping, and spending time with family. I can’t wait to meet you and help make your child’s early years full of joy, discovery, and learning!

Hi, I’m Alex! I’ve been working in early childhood education since 2015. I started my journey as a teacher and transitioned into my current leadership role in 2021. I’ve always had a passion for helping young children learn and grow, and it’s a joy to now support both our students and families here at the center.

My favorite part of the job is seeing children thrive through hands-on learning and play. Every day brings something new, and it’s so rewarding to see their personalities shine as they explore the world around them.

I live in New Prague, Minnesota with my husband and our two dogs, Tank and Trigger. When I’m not at school, I enjoy spending time outdoors, relaxing with family, and cheering on my favorite sports teams.
