Hello, families! My name is Stephanie Quam, and I am the Director of Early Childhood Academy – Red Wing! I live in Red Wing with my husband, our two wonderful daughters, and our two playful pups. 🐶

I graduated from South Dakota State University in 2018 with a degree in Early Childhood Education, specializing in birth through age 8. My passion is helping young learners build a strong foundation for their future.

When I’m not at the Academy, I love spending time with my girls and being active in our Red Wing community. I look forward to getting to know you and your little one—together, we’ll make this a fantastic learning journey!

Hi, I’m Mykaela Einberger! I’m proud to be part of this incredible community. I was raised right here in Red Wing and now call it home with my husband and our two sons.

I began working in early childhood education in 2020 and earned my Child Development Associate (CDA) credential in 2024. I’m passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where children can grow, learn, and thrive.

When I’m not at the Academy, you’ll find me reading, watching hockey, or out exploring new places and experiences with my kids. I’m excited to partner with you and help lay the foundation for your child’s future through fun, discovery, and meaningful connections.
